Check out the new contemporary toile designs from Nina Campbell

British toile is making a comeback, but not as you know it. Unlike traditional toiles, the new Promenade toile design from designer Nina Campbell has contemporary accents of colour and humour.

Available on wallpaper and fabric, this quirky design draws on the traditions of a classic toile with its outline watercolour design printed on undyed linen fabric, but on closer inspection, it actually depicts the bustle of a 1940s park scene.

It's not cheap, but a little makes a big impact. We think it's perfect for a feature wall or a few statement cushions.

Choose from red, blue, green or purple for a modern take on a classic pattern.
